They are accompanied by a certificate verifying compliance with ASTM E-11 Manufacturing Specifications. Less expensive than certified sieves, and recommended for use with aggressive sieve shakers.(100 SERIES)
Endecotts Certified Sieves (200 SERIES) Accompanied by certificate of inspection of wire mesh. Recommended for initial sieving applications or audit situations.Premium quality sieves for educational and results demanding applications. Not recommended for use with aggressive sieve shakers. Available with 30% reduced tolerance mesh. (300 Series)
(400 SERIES) Sieves for very fine particle separations, or applications where ASTM E11 Tolerances are too great. Recommended for sieving below 20 microns, or for applications requiring tolerances of 2 microns or less. Available in stainless steel, or acrylic (For use with L3P Sonic Sifter. Available as Ultra Electroformed, with +/- 1.5 micron tolerance.(500 SERIES)
Perforated Plate- Available with square or round hole perforated stainless steel plate.Sieves commonly used for agricultural samples like corn or coffee beans, in 64th inch increments. Also used in sieving anthrecite, and other materials.
Matched Performance- Two or more sieves fitted with a sieving medium having similar aperture characteristics, for performance based applications
Airjet- Sieves designed specifically for use with certain airjet systems, or vacuum sievers. Most common applications are with electrostatically charged samples.
Pocket Sieves- 3" sieves with pocket interchanger, for quick off site analysis.
